To guarantee that your package reaches you in the timeframes we promise, please double-check that your address details are entered correctly. This includes using the right abbreviations, street and building numbers, and any specific route details. We can't be held accountable if your package doesn't arrive due to incorrect address details.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters a processing phase before it's handed off to the courier. This can take up to 3-5 business days for standard domestic and international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We begin processing your order immediately, making it challenging to make changes or cancel. If you've placed your order within the last 24 hours, reach out to us, and we'll try to help. Remember, there's a fee to change the shipping address once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs and Schedules

Orders typically depart from our center near Hong Kong International Airport, with an estimated transit time of 7-10 business days. Unforeseen events like natural disasters, holidays, or weather can delay shipments. We don't offer exact delivery guarantees, as these are the courier's responsibility.

Delivery Issues

If your package hasn't arrived or was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within ten days to file a claim. We'll work with the courier, but please be aware that claims can take up to 30 days. We aren't liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier, and we don't provide refunds or credits for these cases.

Tracking Your Order

We offer tracking for every order. Once shipped, you'll be able to track your package. Our products are sourced from various global centers, ensuring quality and affordability.

Customs Fees

Customs inspections are infrequent, but if you're charged for clearance to ensure timely delivery, please pay and forward us the receipt. We'll reimburse you for most of the fees.
